Primarily responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the Global HRIS system by improving processes, providing reporting support and maintaining system documentation. This role will provide leadership in design, implementation, testing, communication, maintenance, and administration in support of the company’s human resource information systems strategy. The Workday Global HRIS Manager provides strategic vision in executing analytical support services to core HR business processes, including payroll, time tracking, HR data management, talent acquisition, talent management, and the integration of Workday modules. This role collaborates with Global VPHR, Director of IT, and other key functional business partners to help define the HRIS strategy and roadmap and ensures alignment with business needs. The Workday Global HRIS Manager manages vendor relationships and supports internal functions in all aspects of HRIS, providing direction, guidance and thought leadership on HR systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and strategic direction for HRIS function to ensure day to day integrity of processes, implementation of new configurations, upgrade deployment, new models, integrations and system optimizations
Experience in developing robust reporting and data analysis support for internal business partners leveraging the rich data in Workday to make key HR business decisions.
This role is responsible for the design, deployment, and management of Workday HCM. Ensures compliance and manages the maintenance, data integrity, and security of Workday. Acts as a hands on technical expert and ensures day to day operations of team are effective and efficient, and that downstream integrations are successful.
Establish, revise and maintain procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data
Develop and lead projects revolving around the HRIS system; continually seek ways to improve processes and procedures
Manage the creation and rollout of system documentation and related training programs to ensure end user understanding of system
Facilitate communication between internal departments and external vendors/consultants for system updates, inbound and outbound system integrations, etc. to identify root cause and help resolve reoccurring integration errors
Provide leadership and direction in further enhancing the HCM Business process, recruiting, compensation, talent and performance. Keeping the system and functionality up to date on new enhancements.
Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline (i.e. Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, IT, etc) from an accredited institution.
Minimum five (5) years applicable HRIS administration and system implementation; Workday implementation experience preferred.
Minimum three (3) years proven experience in a global setting
Experience and knowledge of HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, succession planning and compensation
Proven experience with reporting and analytics
Ability to manage multiple complex projects
Past implementation of Workday helpful

Must have exceptional communication, both verbal and written, presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to take complex topics and break down into simple concepts easily understood by target audience
