Job Description:
AVX, an industry leader in electronic component manufacturing has an immediate opening for an experienced Hardware Support professional. Responsibilities include: Troubleshoot, install, maintain and repair all assigned computer equipment. Upgrade computer systems as necessary. Maintain backups of computer systems. Install desktop software and peripheral devices. Maintain electronic mail system. Provide user access as required. Keep abreast of the latest changes pertaining to personal computers. Schedule time and set priorities according to current production needs. Notify supervisors and/or managers of problems and updates on computer. Back-up operator for morning processing functionsReports To:

Individual must have 3 - 7 years experience in hardware / software support
