KYOCERA AVX High Temp automotive series multilayer varistors are highly reliable AEC-Q200 qualified components providing bi-directional transient voltage protection in the on-state and EMI/RFI filtering in the off-state. They are designed to operate in the high temperature environments up to 150 or 175°C with no energy and peak current derating.
