Corporate Human Resources Generalist

Job Description:
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level in a Global Setting and works closely with the Corporate HR department in supporting global HR initiatives. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Succession, Strategic Workforce Planning, Global HR KPI’s, Global Compliance Programs and Global Training & Development initiatives.

Corporate Director, Human Resources
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manages the Global Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Strategy, implements new programs, manages HRIS tools associated with Recruitment, and leads Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Implements Talent Management Strategy into the Global organization.
  • Coordinates Global Succession Planning programs.
  • Identifies workforce requirements by product group, recommends optimal staffing levels for each functional area based upon data available.
  • Monitors, Collects and publishes global monthly HR KPI’s, including turnover, absence, headcounts, recruitment metrics and others.
  • On a global basis, shall administer and monitor the performance evaluation process, makes and recommendations for improvements, implements improvements.
  • Administers global compliance training programs.
  • Develops and Coordinates the Global Training Calendar
  • Performs various clerical work with respect to salary administration and employment offers as needed
  • May travel as needed in the performance of the job, both domestically and internationally.
Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in HR Management plus 4 to 6 years of HR experience, preferably HR experience with a Manufacturing Company in a global environment.
    • HRCI or SHRM Certified Professional. PHR or SHRM-CP credentials highly desirable.
    • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
    • Excellent time management skills, working across multiple time zones
